3-6-3: SHORT TITLE, AUTHORITY, AND APPLICABILITY:
   (A)   This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the GENESEE WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES CONNECTION FEE ORDINANCE.
   (B)   This chapter shall apply in incorporated areas of the city of Genesee. (Ord. 318, 11-10-1992)
