3-3-7: SEWER FEES:
   (A)   The approving authority shall establish sewer fees which shall be imposed, levied and fixed to be effective from and after approval by resolution duly adopted at a regular or special meeting of the city council. Said sewer fees shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
      1.   Sewer tap fee;
      2.   Road repair fee.
   (B)   It shall be noted that the sewer tap fee shall include installation of the sewer wye or tee and pipe tap only. The road repair fee is a nonrefundable deposit against future repairs on streets disturbed by the owner during installation of the private sewer line.
   (C)   In the event the industrial users fail to have flow or sampling devices in proper operating condition for more than one week, the approving authority may discontinue city water service or remove or close sewer connections, and enter upon the property for accomplishing such purposes.
   (D)   The expense of such discontinuance, removal or closing, as well as the expense of restoring service, is a debt due to the city and may be recovered by legal action against the sewer user. (Ord. 268, 7-6-1982)
