(A) The following monthly sewer user fees are hereby enacted: The minimum sewer user fee for all users connected to the City's sewer system will increase ten dollars ($10.00) per month, from twelve dollars and thirteen cents ($12.13) to twenty-two dollars and thirteen cents ($22.13) per month for the months of Oct., Nov., Dec. 2018, Jan., Feb., and March 2019.
(B) The minimum sewer user fee for all users connected to the City's sewer system will increase an additional ten dollars ($10.00) per month, from twenty-two dollars and thirteen cents ($22.13) to thirty-two dollars and thirteen cents ($32.13) per month beginning April 2019.
(C) Residents who qualify for the Latah County Circuit Breaker Program or the Veterans Property Tax Reduction Program will have a two dollars ($2.00) per month increase from the current twelve dollars and thirteen cents ($12.13) sewer fee. The new rate of fourteen dollars and thirteen cents ($14.13) will be in effect for the months Oct., Nov., Dec. 2018, Jan., Feb. and March 2019.
(D) Residents who qualify for the Latah County Circuit Breaker Program or the Veterans Property Tax Reduction Program will have an additional two dollars ($2.00) fee increase beginning April, 2019. The new rate of sixteen dollars and thirteen cents ($16.13) will be in place at that time.
(E) Genesee School District will have a flat fee for the sewer user fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per month. This new rate will take effect Oct. 1, 2018.
(F) The following monthly sewer project fees are hereby enacted: The minimum sewer project fee for all users connected to the City's sewer system is ninteen dollars and forty-five cents ($19.45) per month. (Ord. 262, 12-8-1980; amd. Ord. 302, 10-2-1989; Res. 2018-5-B, 8-21-2018)
