2-1-2: CREATION OF COMMISSION:

There is hereby created an official planning and zoning commission to consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the council. The commission may consist entirely of appointive members or of both appointive members and ex officio members with not more than one-third (1/3) ex officio members. (Ord. 222, 11-9-1973)
