2-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter:
   APPOINTIVE MEMBERS: All other members of the planning and zoning commission.
   COMMISSION: The planning and zoning commission created by this chapter.
   EX OFFICIO MEMBERS: The members of the planning and zoning commission chosen from among the officials or employees of the municipality.
   GOVERNING BODY: The mayor and council of the city of Genesee, Idaho. (Ord. 222, 11-9-1973)
