The words and terms used, defined, interpreted or further described in this title shall be construed as follows:
Words used in the singular number include the plural and words used in the plural number include the singular, unless the context clearly indicates the contrary.
The phrase "used for" includes "arranged for", "designed for", "intended for", "maintained for" and "occupied for".
The word "building" includes the word "structure".
The word "lot" includes the words "plot", "parcel" and "tract".
The word "city" means the city of Genesee, in the county of Latah, state of Idaho.
The term "city council" or "council" means the city council of said city.
The term "planning and zoning commission or commission" means the planning and zoning commission of said city.
The word "administrator" means the zoning administrator.
