8-2-6: PENALTIES:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), or imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
