8-2-2: DEFINITIONS:

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: Means any law enforcement duly authorized by the Mayor and the City Council to act as a law enforcement officer within the Genesee City limits.

OPEN BURNING: Means the combustion of any material outside of a building, house, shop, shed, or other similar structure. (Ord. 411, 7-17-2018)
