7-5-5: CARRYING ARTICLES:

It shall be unlawful for any person operating a bicycle to carry a package, bundle or article which prevents the rider from keeping at least one hand upon the handle bars. (1963 Code; amd. 1982 Code; Ord. 395, 4-16-2013)
