Whenever the chief of police shall in his discretion, decide to offer impounded properties for sale, he shall make a complete and detailed list of said properties to be included in a publication notice of said sale. The notice of the sale shall be published by the city clerk at least ten (10) days prior to the sale of said properties in the official newspaper of the municipality. (Ord. 395, 4-16-2013)
