It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the direction of a law enforcement officer or a traffic control device in any of the following places:
(A) In any place or manner prohibited by title 49, Idaho Code.
(B) In any place where signs prohibiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles have been erected at the direction of the chief of police. (Ord. 395, 4-16-2013)
