Any violation of section 6-2-1 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor violation of this section shall be fined in a sum not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), or up to thirty (30) days in the county jail, or both such fine and imprisonment. Any violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be an infraction, punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 350, 8-8-2001)
