6-2-3: DEPOSITS OF INJURIOUS MATERIAL:

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place, throw or allow to remain in or upon any public thoroughfare or other property any material or other substance without the permission of the owner. (Ord. 350, 8-8-2001)
