5-11-8: TEST REQUIRED IF GAS NOT USED FOR PERIOD OF TIME:

A new permit shall be required for a consumer's premises that has already been piped for gas, but where no gas has been used for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more. (Ord. 200, 1969)
