5-11-5: PERMIT REQUIRED:

No person shall do gas fitting work without first obtaining a permit from the clerk. Such permit shall indicate the licensed gas installer or home owner personally responsible for performing the work. The council may establish fees for such permits. (Ord. 200, 1969)
