3-3-10: HOURS OF BUSINESS:
No person licensed under this chapter shall receive on deposit or pledge any personal property or other valuable thing before the hour of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. nor after the hour of nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. (Ord. 95-03, 1-9-1995)
