Every person so licensed shall, at the time of receiving such license, file a certificate of bond with two (2) or more sureties to be approved by the board of commissioners, in the sum as it determined, payable to the county conditioned for due observance of all provisions of this chapter or other ordinances that may be passed during the term for which the license is granted.
