3-3-3: FEE; TRANSFERABILITY:

A. License Fee: Every applicant for a license to act as a pawnbroker within the county shall pay to the county an annual fee in an amount set, from time to time, by board action.

B. Transferability: Such license will not be transferable to any person, except upon written consent of the board of commissioners. (Ord. 95-03, 1-9-1995)
