3-3-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall exercise or carry on the business of pawnbroker within the county without being duly licensed therefor by the board of commissioners. The board of commissioners will not consider granting a county license until the applicant provides proof of a valid state of Idaho license. (Ord. 95-03, 1-9-1995; amd. 2002 Code)
