3-2-18: RECORD OF AMBULANCE CALLS:
Every person engaged in the operation of an ambulance business shall keep at the location for which his/her license is issued, a chronological record showing each call for ambulance service ordered or made, the name of the driver and attendant, the time and place of the origin and end of each ambulance trip, and the fee charged; upon the request of any person paying an ambulance charge, the licensee shall furnish a receipt showing such information relative to that charge. Such records shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of the board of county commissioners or their designated agent or representative. (Ord. 98-05, 1-26-1998, eff. 2-9-1998)
