The purpose of this section 3-1-7 is to clearly establish the hours and days for the sale of liquor, wine and beer upon any licensed premises, and to extend the hours that liquor may be sold by the drink, and the hours that wine and beer may be sold upon licensed premises until two o'clock (2:00) A.M.
