3-1-4-3: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this section 3-1-4 is to establish a time period within which a decision must be made by the board of county commissioners following submission of an application to them for beer and/or wine license, transfer or renewal. (Ord. 83-2, 11-28-1983, eff. 12-1-1983)
