13-3-2: BASIS FOR SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREAS:

The special flood hazard areas identified by the Federal Insurance Administrator in a scientific and engineering report titled "Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for Gem County, Idaho and Unincorporated Areas", dated August 24, 2021, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) or Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRM), and other supporting data, are adopted by reference and declared a part of this ordinance. The FIS and the FIRM are on file at the Development Services Office located at 109 S. McKinley Avenue. (Ord. 2017-02, 3-6-2017; amd. Ord. 2021-09, 8-16-2021)
