13-3-1: LANDS TO WHICH THIS TITLE APPLIES:

This title shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction of Gem County. Nothing in this ordinance is intended to allow uses or structures that are otherwise prohibited by the zoning ordinance. (Ord. 2017-02, 3-6-2017; amd. Ord. 2021-09, 8-16-2021)
