13-1-3: STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
The purpose of this ordinance is to promote public health, safety, and general welfare and to minimize public and private losses due to flood conditions in flood hazard areas. (Ord. 2017-02, 3-6-2017; amd. Ord. 2021-09, 8-16-2021)
