2-2-4: RULES OF PROCEDURE; BYLAWS:

The historical preservation commission shall have the power to make whatever rules are necessary for the execution of its duties as set forth in this chapter and by law. Rules of procedure and bylaws adopted by the historical preservation commission shall be available for public inspection. (Ord. 87-2, 4-27-1987)
