12-1-13: TIME LIMITS:
Time limits contained within this title are directory. Violation of time limits established in this title shall not be the basis for damages and shall have no effect on the approval or disapproval of a subdivision. Time limits provided herein may be extended for good cause. (Ord. 2009-06, 9-28-2009)
