1-9-8: CONDUCT OF ELECTION; POLLING PLACES:
The clerk of the district court shall oversee the election in accordance with the general laws of the state regarding elections and shall determine the location of the polling places and shall provide for the operation of the polling places. (Ord. 87-1, 2-23-1987, eff. 2-26-1987)
