A. Publication: The clerk of the district court shall publish at least two (2) times the notice for the nonbinding advisory election.
B. Contents Of Notice: The notice shall include the form of the ballot and shall state the date of the election, the polling places and the hours during which the poll shall be open for the purpose of voting.
C. Time Of Publication: The first notice shall be published at least twelve (12) days prior to any election and the second notice shall be published not later than five (5) days prior to the election.
D. Newspaper: The notice of election shall be published in one newspaper published within the county or a newspaper which has general circulation within the county. (Ord. 87-1, 2-23-1987, eff. 2-26-1987)
