Nothing within the terms and language of this chapter should be considered or interpreted to allow for procedures herein to divest or otherwise interfere with the normal powers and duties of the board of county commissioners of this county with regard to their right to adopt or repeal any ordinance pursuant to state law. Nothing in the language of this chapter should be considered or interpreted to allow for the violation of substantive or procedure requirements of state law. (Ord. 79-3, 10-10-1979)
