A. Initiative Petitions: Initiative petitions with the requisite number of signatures attached shall be filed with the clerk of the district court not less than four (4) months before the election at which they are to be voted upon.
B. Referendum Petitions: Referendum petitions with the requisite number of signatures attached shall be filed with the clerk of the district court not less than sixty (60) days following the final adoption of the ordinance to be subject to referendum. (Ord. 79-3, 10-10-1979)
