Any applicant for medical indigency benefits under title 31, chapters 34 and 35 of the Idaho Code whose claim has been denied by the board of county commissioners may request a hearing before the board within thirty (30) days of the date of the denial. (Ord. 96-02, 10-23-1995; amd. 2002 Code)
