A. Boundary Map: The Emmett area of city impact is the area designated on the Emmett area of city impact boundary map, attached as exhibit A to the ordinance codified herein and fully incorporated herein by this reference, copies of which are available for inspection and delivery at the county clerk's office. The Emmett area of city impact is generally described as follows:
Beginning at the Point where Water Wheel Road meets the Southside Canal,
then S along the east bank of Southside Canal where the canal meets Substation Road;
then N on Substation Road to the intersection of Substation Road and Cherry Lane Road;
then W on Cherry Lane Road extended to Schiller Road and continuing west to the intersection of Schiller Road and Airport Road;
then N along Airport Road alignment to the south bank of the Payette River;
then E along the south bank of the Payette River to a point that intersects with Water Wheel Road;
then E along Water Wheel Road to a point where it meets the Southside Canal;
which is also the Point of Beginning.
B. Property Split By Boundary: In case a property under single ownership is divided by the boundary line of the Emmett area of city impact and the line divides such property so that one or both parts has a depth of three hundred feet (300') or less, such part may be included in the jurisdiction within which the remainder and larger portion of the property is located.
