Serious and/or repeated violations of the requirements of this chapter or the rules and regulations established by the board will constitute grounds for the board, any law enforcement personnel, or any agent of the board designated to manage the complex, to require the offender to stay off the Island for any period of time deemed appropriate. Failure to comply with this requirement shall constitute a misdemeanor and subject the offender to the penalties as set out in section 7-2-9 of this chapter. (Ord. 2012-03, 7-23-2012)
