7-2-7: FIRES:

Fires are strictly prohibited in the Gem Island Sports Complex except by persons or organizations that have obtained a permit from the Gem County board of commissioners designating authorized user, location, time and place, refundable deposit fee and other conditions of operation. Failure to comply shall constitute an infraction. (Ord. 2012-03, 7-23-2012)
