7-2-2: RULES AND REGULATIONS:

A. Power To Establish: The board of commissioners for Gem County is empowered by this chapter to establish, by resolution, rules and regulations for the use of the Gem Island Sports Complex.

B. Displayed: These rules and regulations shall be prominently displayed at any and all entrances to the Island.

C. Violation: Violation of any of these rules and regulations shall be considered a misdemeanor and subject the offender to the penalties as set out in section 7-2-9 of this chapter. (Ord. 2012-03, 7-23-2012)
