4-5-1: SHORT TITLE:
This chapter shall be known as the GEM COUNTY PUBLIC NUISANCE ORDINANCE and parts of ordinances and resolutions in place at the effective date of this chapter or in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. (Ord. 2012-01, 11-7-2011)
