§ 54.04 PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE.

No person(s) shall maliciously, willfully or negligently enter, break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the waste water facilities. Any person(s) violating this provision shall be subject to prosecution for criminal damage to property.
