§ 52.22 LATE PAYMENT PENALTY.
   Each billing for storm water drainage fees for use and availability which are not paid when due shall incur a penalty charge. Interest rate charges established by the City Council for other utilities shall apply to storm water utility bills. Late payment penalties may also be established by the City Council.
