§ 153.073 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.

   (A)   Private garages and carports;

   (B)   Private swimming pools when completely enclosed within a fence that extends from the ground to a height of five feet;

   (C)   Boarding or rental of rooms to not more than four people on the premises;

   (D)   Maintenance of dogs or cats or other household pets subject to licensing requirements, health regulations and other applicable ordinances of the city;

   (E)   Home occupations not restricted by § 153.005;

   (F)   Private tennis courts;

   (G)   Tool houses and similar buildings for storage of domestic equipment and non-commercial recreational equipment; and

   (H)   Other accessory uses customarily incidental to the uses listed above. See § 153.201.
