§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise indicated herein, any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of § 92.25(D) shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than $300.
