Section 33. PROCEDURE AT ELECTIONS.

Subject to the provisions of this charter and applicable state laws, the council may by ordinance further regulate the conduct of municipal elections. Except as otherwise provided in this charter or in ordinance adopted pursuant thereto, the general laws of the state of Minnesota pertaining to elections shall apply to municipal elections.
