§ 153.199 NUISANCE STANDARDS.
   (A)   Noise. All noise shall be muffled so as not to be objectionable due to intermittence, beat frequency or shrillness and as measured at any property line, shall not exceed the minimum standards established by state regulations.
   (B)   Vibration. Any use creating periodic earthshaking vibration shall be prohibited if undue vibrations are perceptible beyond boundaries of the property on which the use is located. The standard shall not apply to vibrations created during the process of construction.
   (C)   Glare. Glare, whether direct or reflected, such as from floodlights or high temperature processes and as differentiated from general illumination, shall not be directed at or illuminate adjacent properties.
   (D)   Smoke and particulate matter. Any use established, enlarged or remodeled after the effective date of this chapter shall be so operated as to meet the minimum requirements of the state’s Pollution Control Agency for the emission of smoke or particulate matter to the degree that it is not detrimental to nor endanger the public safety, health, comfort or general welfare.
   (E)   Odors. The emission of odorous matter in the quantity as to be offensive shall not be permitted. The emission of odor by any use shall be in compliance with and regulated by the state’s Pollution Control Agency.
