§ 153.198  PRIVATE OR PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEMS AND WELLS.
   (A)   Domestic supplies of water must come from community services when available. Where the services are not available, any public or private supply of water for domestic purposes must meet or exceed standards for water quality of the state’s Department of Health and the state’s Pollution Control Agency.
   (B)   All sewage facilities shall be connected to community sewer utilities when available.
   (C)   Where community utilities are not available, the installation of a septic tank and soil absorption system will conform to the standards found in state’s Pollution Control Agency’s “Standards for Sewage Treatment” Chapter 7080, which is hereby adopted by reference.
   (D)   A permit shall be required for the installation of any septic tank and soil absorption system.
   (E)   The provisions cited above shall not apply to temporary construction sites or portable units.
