§ 10.21  PAYMENT INTO CITY TREASURY.
   All fines, forfeitures and penalties recovered for the violation of any ordinance of the city shall be paid into the city treasury by the court or officer thereof receiving the monies. Payment shall be made in the manner and at the time provided by law.
