§ 153.162  CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following uses shall require a conditional use permit based on the procedures set forth in §§ 153.215 through 153.224:
   (A)   Planned unit developments, as regulated in §§ 153.195 through 153.205; and
   (B)   Other uses determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be of the same general character as the uses listed above.
