§ 130.02 ASSAULT.

No person shall strike or attempt to strike or in any manner offer to do so or do any bodily harm to another person; unlawfully make an attempt to apply any degree of force or violence to the person of another; in a violent, rude, angry or insolent manner touch or lay hands upon the person of another.
