§ 110.05 NO REPRESENTATIONS BY CITY.

The city and its duly authorized agents and employees make no representations whatsoever as to the quality of the merchandise, service or other thing offered for sale, and make no representations whatsoever concerning the honesty, integrity or reliability of persons licensed under this chapter.
