§ 71.40  RECOVERY OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES.
   Any motor vehicle towed away and impounded under this chapter may be claimed and recovered from the city after payment to the city of all towing and storing charges. The city does not assume any responsibility for any damage done during the towing and impoundment under this chapter.
