(A) A cemetery is hereby established upon lands owned by the city, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 558 feet west of the south quarter corner of Section 32, Township 113 North, Range 28 West, the point also being the southwest corner of St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, thence west 454 feet, thence north 479.7 feet, thence east 454 feet to the northwest corner of St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, thence south 479.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing five acres, in the County of Sibley, State of Minnesota.
(B) A plat of the cemetery on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as the official plat of the cemetery, which shall be called Gaylord City Cemetery. No person shall lay out or establish any cemetery, or use any lot of land within the city for the burial of the dead, except some other tract of land duly designated as a cemetery by ordinance.
